Antique Kitchen Clock With Chrome Bezel
Good value c1920s wall clock with the desirable chrome bezel (often sought to match kitchen appliances in Kitchens). Slightly smaller than many, with a 10" dial and 14" overall diameter.
Made and marketed by the Hamburg American Clock Company (their logo is the 'crossed arrows' you can see on the dial).
Non-striking wall clock with a weekly wind pendulum and pleasant ticking sound. Audible but not loud.
In a Beech case, stained to a dark oak finish.
Keeping excellent time and running for almost twice the intended duration. Movement checked and correctly oiled. Case waxed and chrome bezel gently polished.
In lovely condition as shown in the photos with small expected age related marks to the case and some slight pitting to the chrome bezel. It presents very well.
14" overall diameter. Dial 10 1/4". Total depth approx 4 1/2".
