A really interesting and unusual antique Victorian high back chair in carved oak. It has a high back with extensive carving, the seat is upholstered in a nicely aged faux leather fabric and it stands on turned legs with front cross-stretcher. In a lovely warm golden oak.

Frame in good condition - very solid. Old upholstery (looks to be rexin original to chair) nicely worn but has some splits. Upholstery still useable but would benefit reupholstery. Webbing underneath loose, with springs visible.
