A very nice carved oak wainscot chair. Dating from the 17th century. Probably from the west country. Very unusual arms which are original. All original apart from one small historical repair to bottom of one rear leg (see photo). Beautiful colour and patina. Only 25" wide x 20" deep x 41 1/2" high. Seat 21" wide x 15" deep.
