An English fusee dial wall antique clock. A mahogany case with a cast brass bezel surround. A 12" painted dial with blued steel hands signed 'Curtis Exeter''. An 8-day duration timepiece fusee mechanism.

William Curtis of Exeter is recorded in Ponsfords' Devon Clocks and 'Clockmakers' book as working from 1790 and died in 1847. This example dates to circa 1830.
