A Helmet in the Early 15th Century Style Medieval Closed Bascinet like Funerary Helm

This helmet is very unsuual and looks to be based on a closed bascinet of the transitional type from the later 14th to early 15th centuries. It looks to have been artificially aged but is very well made and has a hole in the top possibly for a crest like a funerary helmet

The helm is a bit rusty but has been treated with some renasisance wax to stop any further damage, would look fantastic with crest and plume over a tomb or in someones living room.
