A lovely French tortoise shell striking antique clock with Ormolu mounts and segmented porcelain dial.

The formed case having a few age related marks as would be expected with a clock that is over 150 years old is a most wonderful deep red/burgundy colour and is matched with the gilt ormolu mounts

The striking movement has been fully overhauled and comes with a full guarantee for your peace of mind. With over twenty years experience in restoring and conserving clocks and working on some of the finest and complicated clocks for a select group of the best antique clock dealers in the country.
