102 Glass Lantern Slides of Oxford c1900

A collection of 102 Glass Lantern Slides of Oxford University and the surrounding area. Great record of the time.
Some of the pictures are marked G.W.W - George Washington Wilson.(7 February 1823 – 9 March 1893) wasa prolific photographer and established himself as one of Scotland's premier photographers working for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1860.. His business was wound up in 1908.
These photos would be a great record of the period or maybe be a fantastic gift for someone who went to Oxford or who lives there. Due to their age they are more than likely out of copyright. In general in the UK Copyright of photographs expires 70 years after the death of the photographer.
There are 102 slides and are in good condition (See images) they also come in a slide box.
I have seen a number of these slides for sale indvidually on ebay at £15 a slide.
Please note.
We currently only ship within the UK and to the US. Please request a shipping quote by providing your full address and postcode. We will then activate the paypal 'buy now button' if your are within those areas and the shipping price is agreed. To the US there may also be an import duty to be paid.
