Description

A strikingly attractive, period Art Deco gilded spelter figural table lamp c1930. Features a semi-naked dancer holding aloft a glass globe. The figure rests on its original black marble plinth which is lightly veined in grey. Contemporary marbled glass globe which beautifully compliments the lamp. Newly rewired with three-core antique-gold twisted braided cable and UK three-pin plug. Spelter figure is earthed. PAT tested. Fits standard bayonet golf-ball bulb (G45 B22) – supplied with 4W LED bulb (35W equivalent). The lamp measures 47cm in height and 34 cm in length. Base width is 11 cm, diameter of globe is 15 cm.
This lamp is in excellent condition commensurate with age. Gilding is in excellent condition with exceptionally minor signs of age. No damage to marble plinth. Figure very securely located to base. Please see further images on our website as these form an important part of the description.
