Massive Dane axe from medieval times. Heavy, sturdy, bearded axe head.

Period: 9th - 14th Century A.D.
SIZE: 32.5 cm high x 25.5 cm wide.
Weight: 2.1 Kilograms.
Condition: Excellent ancient condition. Heavy pitting, use marks, all consistent with age. Appears to have been professionally cleaned and conserved at some time in its history.
