Description

A high-quality, untouched 19th-century burgundy red leather full-button wing armchair in the George III style. The substantial, well-shaped frame features a deep-buttoned upholstered back, and arms, all covered in the original burgundy red leather. The chair boasts scrolling arms, a sprung seat, loose feathered cushion and close-nailed brass stud detailing. It is raised on square tapering legs with H-frame stretchers. The chair has a beautiful, untouched colour and rich patination, and it is very comfortable. It is in superb condition with no damage or repairs. Including matching full button leather stool.
