A late 18th-century George III period mahogany chest of drawers featuring a rectangular cross-banded top with a moulded edge. The chest includes two small drawers and two long, graduated, oak-lined drawers, each fitted with the original carved brass handles. It stands on shaped bracket feet and comes with one key for the working locks. The chest boasts a rich, warm colour and patina typical of the period.Height 80cm (31.5in)
