A quality large set of 14 Georgian Hepplewhite style mahogany dining chairs of good colour and condition with broad reupholstered leather seats, generously wide in profile, affording comfortable seating. This large set of 2 armchairs and 12 dining chairs date from the late 19th century, displaying a desirable aged patina throughout, upholstered in green leather, shaped arched backs with pierced vase splats above green leather seats. All raised upon square section front legs, gently splayed to rear legs, united by H-stretcher. England circa 1880. The seat height is 48cm. The measurements of the armchairs are 62cm wide, 55cm deep and 98cm high. The measurements of the chairs are 56cm wide, 52cm deep and 95cm high.
