A rare pair of 19th century British Colonial solid rosewood lounge armchairs with bone inlaid designs patterns throughout, with allover geometrical bone inlay. The frame banded with rosewood and bone, side arm panels comprising two lovely shaped arm rests, seat rests and head rests, with a curved quality leather seating. The result makes for a striking geometric pattern contrasting colours and materials that make these armchairs truly unique. Handcrafted in India from start to finish by artisans with techniques passed down through generations.
