Description

A handsome pair of 19th century oak astragal glazed bookcase cabinets on linenfold carved cupboards dating to circa 1880. The moulded cornice above a pair of rectangular glass pane doors and on a cupboard base with a pair of oak linenfold carved panelled doors, all raised on a plinth base. Beautiful linenfold carving to the sides of the bookcases. The doors fitted with the original locks, adjustable shelves to the upper section and one fixed shelf of the cupboard base. Original oak panelled back. Great quality bookcases.
