An 18th century French provincial walnut commode, with a rectangular top, above two small and two long conforming drawers with shaped moulding panelled fronts enclosing paired bronze bale handles on paterae cast backplates and centering floret form cast bronze escutcheons, flanked by rounded corner vertical panels ending above short legs and joined by a serpentine arched apron.
