Description

Silver pocket watch made by J Bunston of Chard, and hallmarked for Birmingham 1880. The watch is in working order but has not been recently regulated, so may lose or gain a little over the longer term.

Smoked crystal over a white enamel face. The face is in good order with a barely discernable hairline crack at the bottom of the sub-seconds dial. The silver rear panel has a vacant cartouche, although some wear from daily use is evident. A single standard #6 key will wind the watch and adjust the hands.

The overall diameter 59mm, gross weight 108.3g excluding key.
