An excellent pair of Victorian silver asparagus tongs, London 1861, made by George Whiting.

In the fiddle and thread pattern, with pierced blades.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair and only minor handling wear ready for use.

Length is 24.5 cm and a good gauge of 5.9 troy oz
