Description

London 1796 by George Smith ll and Thomas Hayter, on a square base with a round raised foot with beaded and engraved decoration, the body decorated with floral motifs and swags with an curved handle with thread decoration.

The cartouche is engraved with two stunning amorials of possibly a marriage between two great houses.

The interior is gilded.

The jug is a really good example of its kind, the overall condition is excellent as can be seen by the photographs, just a very slight kink to the handle
