AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY CHINESE TABLE COLLECTOR'S CABINET
A lovely wooden cabinet with inlaid drawers and lacquer paneled and mother-of-pearl doors. The hinged doors open to reveal 6 drawers that sit above the base drawer. The cabinet is decorated with pierced brass work hinges and corners. The cabinet measures 22cm x 24cm x 13.5cm deep. The cabinet is in lovely condition, the only problem is the key doesn't work and the bar that would fit through the brass fitting to help keep the left-hand door closed is missing, so the doors only push shut. You could get a replacement bar, and maybe a locksmith to get the key to work, which would be perfect. I have made a makeshift bar, but only in wire, it needs something more solid. At least it will give you an idea of what I mean. The key tassel is included. I'm limited to 6 images on AA, but I'm happy to send more images, just send me an email.
